Thank you for your interest in our digital language learning Page. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.


Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the Access has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

We encourage you to carefully view the Home Page and preview the sample content before choosing your Access button.

 Refund Policy

We offer no refunds on payments for viewing the Subscribers Page unless one of the following conditions is met:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally access the same button more than once, please contact us within 7 days with proof of both transactions.
  2. Technical Issues: If there is a technical problem preventing access to the product and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please email us at:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.


Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy and may result in a ban from future purchases.
